Miniature Engraver

Miniature Engraving Machine was designed especially for our customer, GoScribe LLC, US, and is used for engraving of marking tags for cats and dogs. The nickname of the pet along with owner’s phone is engraved on a small aluminum or stainless steel tag, which is attached to collar. It is possible to engrave on color and specular tags in the form of circle, rectangle, buckle or even small bone, mouse or cat. Engraving is performed using a tiny needle with diamond tip. The working surface of the machine is 3x3 inches. The mechatronics of the Machine consists of three step-motors, which provide moving the needle and feeding the platform. It is possible to set the name of the animal and the owner's phone using external keyboard and 7-inch True Color liquid crystal display.
